It’s a non stick roll edge pizza pan that’s a bit smaller than the traditional Detroit pan at 10”x10” but it’s great for 2 people. It handled a metal knife scraping away the edges so I’d say the nonstick is pretty tough but not as nonsticky as I’d like. Good value and well made.
