I'm in the post-honeymoon phase with my new pizza oven. We're learning each other and getting more comfortable with every cook that happens. However, if I knew at the beginning what I know now, I would have got a whole bunch of accessories much earlier.

Like most folk, I just used anything floating around the Tupperware drawer for my dough. I didn't know what I didn't know and as a consequence was disadvantaged with my choices-of-necessity. After much reading on how to perfect my crusts and get my dough in the best possible state for the oven, I realised that make-do options needed to be improved.

The Silicone Pizza Dough Proofing Containers I bought are perfect. The volume of dough they hold is spot-on for 10-12" pizzas with a little room for the rise. The shape aids immensely for rapid turn-out and then shaping ready for toppings. We all know time is of the essence once you start playing with dough, and time is not your friend when you need to shorten time between starting to handle and the beginning of the cook. Launches are better with less time handling and moving swiftly to the oven when your pizza is topped and ready to go. The shape of the dough maintained by these Proofing Containers mean less manipulation into the proper pizza base shape than any other random-shaped, old container.

Patio Chef has many more accessories and I added both Silicone Topping Condiment Containers and a 14" Pizza Cutter blade to my order. I'm in better shape on my journey now thanks to Jeremy at Patio Chef.

We ordered the 14 inch pizza peel, turning peel, brush and ash rake set. The quality was fantastic. The order was shipped express and the comms from Patio Chef made the experience stress free as it was for a gift.

Last week I purchased the 14 inch placing peel and 9inch turning peel. They were packed and shipped immediately. They arrived (in VIC from WA) in a few days. They a great quality, very sturdy and look fantastic. I fired up the pizza oven tonight, got some good heat into the bricks and started placing pizzas. These peels made such a difference in the way I could consistently place large 14 inch pizzas deep into my oven and turn them with ease. I got comments on how crispy I got the bases without burning the toppings. The placing peel holds a big pizza with ease and was very easy to place and quickly withdraw without losing any toppings. They were well priced for the quality and I was able to use PayPal pay in 4. Will definitely purchase from here again, I have my eye on a 6 bay topping container.

Bought these as was shocked at the price for a Gozney set to go with our pizza oven. Could not fault these, they work perfectly!

The service I recieved from Patio Chef was top-shelf. The pizza peel I ordered was out of stock. Jeremy gave me a call and upgraded my peel to a more expensive one they had in stock. The order arrived so quickly and there were a couple of additional gifts in my package that I did not expect. The products sold at Patio Chef are top quality and cater specifically for outdoor cooking. I found it difficult to find any of these products at other online retailers and will not hesitate to return to Patio Chef for any of my future outdoor cooking needs. 5 stars.
