PATIO CHEF – SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Australian Shipping We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and specialist freight partners. Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout:
- 0–3 kg: $14.95
- 3–5 kg: $24.95
- 5–25 kg: $44.95
- Bulky items (26–40 kg): $99.00 flat rate
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Parcel (Australia Post): 2–8 business days
- Express Post (Australia Post): 1–4 business days
- Larger & bulky items (5 kg+): Delivered via Australia Post, StarTrack, Mainfreight, or regional freight partners as required. Delivery timeframes vary by size and destination — we'll be in touch with details after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for remote or regional areas.
Free Shipping – Ziipa Ovens All Ziipa oven orders qualify for free shipping Australia-wide, regardless of weight or destination.
New Zealand Shipping We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post and their international partner network. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
