Perfect proofing

These containers are great, love the colour range and quality. They seal really tightly, so great for dough proofing and also for prep and storage, very versatile. Absolute winner!

Great containers for proofing and storing dough

When making pizza, I usually use a kilo of flour to make 6 dough balls for 14" pizzas. These containers perfectly fit my 270g balls, I would think if you're making pizzas between 12 and 16" these will be a great fit.

By far the best solution I've found, lids fit great, saves me on a bunch of glad wrap, easy to take dough out since the containers are made of silicone, far prefer to plastic containers, and easier to work with than glass.
