Fantastic quality for a fraction of the price

It’s easy to be deterred from buying a peel based on price, especially when comparing it to name brands when really - you’re just paying for the name. I just did my first cook and launched 4 pizzas, they slipped off perfectly with the flick of a wrist. the handle is lightweight and in my opinion, aesthetically gorgeous. Really hope they’ll release a 16” rounded peel soon!
